Most of our team at TC is lifting there are some who play baseball and track though.

at East Ridge they have an average of 25. Not including those 10 playing baseball. And at Phelps I believe thay had around 28 out.

Good numbers for Phelps on this!! I personally think that "conditioning" should be an elective class that each member of the team should be required (by the coach) as well as any other who is interested in taking it. This would make all the difference in the world in a program!!!

Phelps football is doin good,,and is got alot of kids for such a small school,,Phelps should be good this year and lookin for phelps to win a pike county bowl..well i hope we will this year cause this is my last year lol..

I dont know about Phelps, but East Ridge does offer these kinda classes and all athleates ate required to take it (by coaches...not ER admin)

some weight rooms are jokes!! They play dodge ball and so forth.The best schools have great leaders that do the job right!
