i think that seth moore is probably the best kicker in eastern ky, he would be better though if prestonsburg would kick field goals more often

Prestonsburg and Paintsville both have great kickers. P-Burg's Seth Moore really caught my eye the other night. The kid's got an extremely strong leg.

Jeff Collett and Stuart Lipps from Paintsville can kick touchbacks almost every time in kickoff and thew are bot pretty accurate on their field goals.
