Holdbacks - Good or Bad for High School Basketball?

The schools try to push kids to enroll enroll earlier and earlier to take advantage of the federal head start dollars.

I couldn't said that better myself about the 17 yr olds.

But the 19 1/2 are to old to be playing HS sports.
