Someone show me some facts that "holdbacks" are more numerous in eastern KY.

I do not believe it to be the case.
It's just what many here have information of.

By the way, I held my son back before pre-K.
The schools try to push kids to enroll enroll earlier and earlier to take advantage of the federal head start dollars.

I couldn't said that better myself about the 17 yr olds.

But the 19 1/2 are to old to be playing HS sports.
