i don't think people gives us enough credit,
sometimes our boys have a horrible game, like a bl. but everyone know's we didnt have prater in that game, and prater doesnt score alot, but he's pretty good at rebounding the ball.
if our boys can play they're best we can easily have this game.
if we give it our all ac by at least 4, if not..well its a loss for us.

People don't just give out respect. You have to get out there and earn it. AC will be out to make a statement in this one. Paintsville better me ready both mentally and physically for this game, because AC is going to throw all they have at you. Best of luck to the Tigers on 1/24. If you want a shot at SV you have to take care of buisness and not let a team like AC creep up on you and pull off the upset. Paintsville by 11.

rebel_fan30 Wrote:i don't think people gives us enough credit,AC couldnt even contend with the team they had last year against Paintsville. I agree if AC plays the best game they have played all year they could keep it close but i dont see them coming away with the win. Paintsville has been on a roll lately and is possibly first in the region right now with Valley being down a little bit the past couple games.

Tigers by 8-10 pts. They will have to work hard to get this win.

Should be a very exciting game... I'll take Paintsville by 12.
Good luck to both.

Tigers by 10, but can't take this game off and expect to win. AC has some great talent as well. If they can cause Paintsville to go into it's bench, ( other than one player), Ac could pull one out. They have to bring the A game though. The Crum kid is tough.

AC has a good team this year, but they aren't even close to the level of Paintsville or Shelby Valley this year. I don't care how good AC plays, they won't beat Paintsville or SV this year unless Paintsville or SV sleepwalks through the game. And that isn't likely to happen. Now next year, anything is possible. All teams have their good years and their bad. And while this may not be a bad AC year, no way can AC have this game even if they play their best. It would also take Paintsville playing their worst possible game ever. Not a likely scenario.

I've seen crazier things happen.
I'll still take the Tigers by 18.

Paintsville has no problems putting those type of numbers up. They've done it a few times already.[/COLOR]

Tigers by at least 10. I know it's vague but it's safe. I hope the Tigers saw the thread about Rose Hill beating Elliott Co.

I think Paintsville will come out with this one if they don't go into it with the attitude that they already have it won. It could be a close game if Paintsville doesn't come out and control the pace and play their game.

EASILY??? Have you seen Paintsville play lately? IF both these teams play their absolute BEST, Paintsville would win by 15+.

So I know this game is on the 24th. Does anyone have a clue what time and where the games are played at. Thanks ahead of time.

The tigers should win without too much of a problem as long as they come into the game with the right mindset.
Tigers by 20

How far is Betsy Layne from Painstville and Pikeville? Hours or miles wise.

Betsy Layne is 10-15 minutes north of Pikeville on US23.

Only a couple hours till game time, any last thoughts?

Well, I WILL GUARANTEE YOU that Bill Mike WILL not overlook A.C.! A.C. isn't a bad team at all. BMR has been through many games like this before with a win means playing Valley. I say Paintsville by 24.
