He won't win it, but Deuce Bailey is going to leave BG arguably the best QB to ever play in their program's history. The numbers, wins, championships are there to support his claim but I do have a lot of respect for the names on the list of finalists. This was a great class for the state of KY and we should all be appreciative.

Me and a friend of mine were talking about Deuce Bailey a couple of days ago. Because of Quisenberry, Jack James at PT, Conner Hodge at CAL, Bolley last season, Bailey has just gotten overlooked a little. Back to Back state titles. 4 year starter I believe. I think Fade is right, the legacy he leaves at Bowling Green is a huge one. Probably not getting the copy he deserves.

Career stats:
13.642 passing yards
180 Passing Td's -State Record
1543 attempts- State Record
942 completions
Only liked 1 completion and 5 yards to hold the other two records!
James was a leader on and off the field.
Leading his team to the 3A state final game his freshman year
Lead his team in a 13-1 season his Junior year
Lead his team to a 15-0 4A State Championship in his Senior season
Also a state champion wrestler in the 215lb division
So many OUTSTANDING Players on this list, it is quite a feat just to be on this one.
Even a few great ones that didn't make the list.
Compared to some seasons, most if not all of these guys will be furthering their careers.

Has to be Quisenberry's to lose. He's the best player in Kentucky and its not particularly close.
