Yeah....but the CJ is the whole state....so getting honorable mention is still a great honor....but to be completely left off of a regional list recognizing the top performers in your area is very disappointing to say the least

This list is a joke. How could the leave out the district defensivr player of the year in Harley Lambert? Wymt dropped the ball..:ChairHit:

Actually Lambert wasn't chosen district defensive player of the year, but was named district player of the year by the KFCA. He was chosen over WYMT's 3A player of the year Humfleet from Bell Co., who had a monster year himself.

You do realize that 8 of the 9 defensive linemen on WYMT's 1st thru 3rd teams, as well as none of the honorable mentions did not make even the honorable mention list of the statewide CJ all state teams that Lambert did make.
