Perry Central Bringing in Top Assistant?
#31
I'd imagine they are paying Chapman pretty darn good to be an assistant
coach. Chapman should be close to retiring from teaching. I'm sure he wanted to get closer to home. Everyone needs to stop preaching about loyalty all the time. A mans gotta do
what's best for him. Life will go on at Pike Central. They should probably
hire one of Chapmans assistants and continue doing what they were doing. Perry will still be
Perry. Don't matter if Chapmans there or not. Need to get the kids to start playing more competitively at an early age just like they do in basketball. Need to bring in some Football recruits.

I don't know Coach Chapman at all, but apparently he has served as a head coach for a number of years.

Maybe he simply wants to be an assistant coach because he enjoys coaching . . . something that most head coaches don't get to do very often.
