I personally do not agree with the punishment. As it has already been stated, he was recorded in the privacy of his own home. I am sure many of us say things in private that probably aren't the most intelligent.

With that being said, I think one nail in his coffin was that he had been sued twice by refusing to rent to Latinos and African Americans. Which confuses me even more to the fact why he dated a Latino/Black girl, beyond the fact that he was married.

This goes back to the Chik Fi La fiasco, its OK to speak your opinion as long as it is politically correct or doesn't hurt someone's feelings...

And this reminds me, if everyone had such a problem with what he said, why then is the KKK still able to operate? They say the same stuff in public forums...

I believe that's EXACTLY what it means. If there were repercussions, then it wouldn't be freedom of speech. When it comes right down to it, I believe he may have gotten jealous when he saw his girlfriend snap chatting with Magic Johnson!
