^The only thing I don't like about your sig is....Miller isn't in it! He has more "Past" than any of the ones on there.

âRelax, all right? Donât try to strike everybody out. Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, theyâre fascist. Throw some ground balls â itâs more democratic.â

I see some die hard Paintsville fans picking them by a couple scores over a team that hasn't had very much success in the past couple years, but neither have the Tigers. Paris put up 46 points on a 3a school last week. Although the 3a school probably isn't really that good right now, do you really think a bad 3a school shouldn't beat a weak 1a school? This tells me Paris must have some SPEED to do this with the small amount of players they have( khsaa lists them with only 12 players although I was told they have 14 players). Don't think the Tigers can contain them if this is true. Good luck to the Tigers!!!

The KHSAA does only show them having 12 player's,but they only list JR's and SR's.. The rest of the team is not listed. It would be cool if Paintsville went against a team smaller in number than themselves. I wouldn't have thought it possible. Good luck to the TIGER's.

As I was just checking out the KHSAA site and looking at Painstville's roster I noticed that they have a vetran line of SR's and JR's.. Didn't they put up a good showing in the scrimmage with Pikeville? I really believe that this Tiger club can put a beating on Paris and I'm backing them all the way. GO TIGER's!!!!
P.S. I wish I could watch them play this game.

Paris has about 30 players now. I think they are on the upswing after being down. It will be a process for them but things look good for the future of that program.

Backwoods I'm really hoping you are right. I am just ansey about our youth and starting a freshman qb vs a team the almost hung a 50 spot against a 3A school. I will be there to watch the Dragons play Hazard. Best to you guys this season.

BMR prevails as head coach again, the man knows how to WIN on the hardwood and the gridiron
It's a hard fought battle down in Paintsville, but the Tigers start the season with a two touchdown margin victory.
Final: Paintsville 26 Paris 12

I.M.O Going on the little I know I think the team that jumps out to an early lead will go on to gain the confidence they are going to need to win this one.
Neither team has been that great in the recent past and I feel both might not believe they can really win, at this point in the season.
Prediction
Paris 34-25.
