Fairview ,( at least it looked it to me ) were playing single coverage on the receivers with no safety help. Why didn't Raceland just run slants and carve them up? Make them put more people out , which would had opened some running lanes. Of course, late in the game they did and the receiver let 2 throws go through his HANDS and be intercepted.

Shocked me also all I heard was how Fairview was in throuble by only playing starters for 2-3 quarter in all thier previous games. Nate must have his boys in pretty good shape. Nice to walk out of Ram stadium with a big W. Nothing on here about the EAGLES not playing anyone I guess we will have to wait until deep into the playoffs. Give them credit Fairview is a good team & they will get to play all Home games even in the playoffs so this will be a great chance to go deep in the playoffs.

Seriously? Was you even at the game? The defense that held Fairview's prolific offense to 6 points through 3 quarters, The defense that to date has given Fairview it's toughest challenge. But I'm sure you and Russellpride have an excuse for that, right? Like I said, this Fairview team is good, but nowhere near as good as last year.

I have always wondered the same thing. I like said before the Raceland 'D' played great! Just ask Fairview's backs. Turner and brewer found out. I have said all year the Eagles has THREE of the best Backs in this area, I still think they are good, The rams just stop them.

Always are the ram fans never give credit to anyone I knew once fairview won we wouldn't hear anything about fairview yet it was dropped passes or we are young it's always something why they get beat. They played pretty well and fairview didn't play that well and still won by really four scores.
Then again most RAceland fans take the personality of their head coach arrogant and huge ego

I'm going to have to disagree there hoss. The Ams head coach is one of my closest friends and a good guy.
I do enjoy the am fans though. A good portion of them are just a bit high strung.

I give Fairview all the credit! Thay are a pretty good young team that beat a young team that is almost eqaul. I have many good friends from westwood. A lot of people like to rag on each other for the fun of it. Also a lot of peolpe rag on the transfer thing and those players! Me also. I do give them a lot of credit for at least getting some good kids, That Turner kid is a great player but he is really a great kid! jennings also was a good kid. Saying as good as Ashland is far fetched but I think they could give portsmouth a run for their money! Raceland would beat them in a re-match, they just weren't ready for that game.

Russell Pride you make me laugh on here.... So caught up on these boards talking about others... Talking about others and talking yourself up, funny a guy would get on here and talk about himself (Coach McPeek)...
Now to the actual game. Raceland played hard as did the Eagles. The Eagles made the plays and won the game, plain and simple. No excuses from my end. It is funny how fans on both sides get so negative towards each other on these boards... I am glad my son is out of school so I do not have to hear people talk on here about him and his teammates. Best of luck to both teams the rest of the year.

Now seriously, why would you have such sour grapes. On a more serious note, McPeek has done a great job! Wow!!......Where do i start. First of all....I still don't believe in the "Hood". I do believe in the wood though......every morning when i wake up. The team from "Westvirginia wood" is average at best. Raceland beat Raceland Un-Fairview didn't have a whole lot to do with it. We do have huge ego's like our coach down here in Ramland because we make tradition......we don't buy it. Our Coach is trying to build to win a state title.....He 's not trying to build to make a Job change like the coach in westweed. Oh......and Russell Pride i hope nate Mcpeek doesn't come to a sudden stop because if he does your head will go right up his ass!!
