based soley off of last season i would agree with you cecil over cline, cecil has more experience etc. but cline has made vast improvements and has only walked 2 batters in 8 1/3 innings. to 17 strikeouts.
has command of fast ball and a sick curve, can freeze even the best of hittiers. lets make this decision later on in the season

yes based from last year, but lets also remember most of clines strikeouts was from a weak PCC team. not to put down just stating that he'll have to to a high calibur team to impress me, have heard good things about him though.
