Regardless, it's still off the court issues. And you're right, I have no clue about it, that's why I'm not trying to go into detail about it, I'm just stating it's an off the court issue.

And this happens at every school...not just Holmes.

One thing you won't find at Holmes is parents complaining about this or that, which is the downfall of so many programs and reasons why good coaches are fired (see Ligon at Bryan Station). The coach has always had full contol of the program and the community/administration has backed the program.

Holmes has drawn guys like Henley, who left a D1 college program for the job, for the reasons listed above. People automatically assume it takes a special person to coach these kids simply because they're at an inner city school and that couldn't be further from the truth. These kids have tremendous work ethics.

Realistically, if Booher wants the job (which obviously the interest is there if he's interviewing), then it's his.
