Will it take the blackening with oil of the entire gulf coast for the "Spill Baby Spill" idiots to get the picture?

Let's face it we will always need oil, we may be able to cut back a little, but never cut oil out completely. Enviro's don't want anyone to drill on land or at sea, so what do you suggest we do. Do you want the USA to always be dependent of foreign oil where envirnmental laws fail to exist?
