Great stuff. I do have a question. How will they determine who gets the at large bid. Will it be something the NCAA will decide or will they take a areas to consider like the BCS rankings or strength of schedule?

No BCS..Much like the NCAA tournament in basketball, only a smaller scale. Factor in strength of schedule for ingredient numero uno, record, conference strength, and a minimun number of wins to make the field (say, for example, 8).......then you pile a bunch of teams together, put together a committee, and select five worthy teams. This way, everybody has a shot to win it..and seed it just like an NCAA tournament region (1/16 winner gets the 8/9 winner, and so on)..thats how Id do it.
