TidesHoss32s Division I College Football Realignment
#2
Post season formula for this would go:
There are 11 conferences. Each team will play 11 regular season games. Each conference MUST have a championship game. If there is a conference that is not broken up into two divisions, the top two teams would play for the automatic bid to the 16 team playoff (ex: Iowa wins the Big 10, and Ohio State finishes second, those two would play for the automatic bid). There would be 11 automatic bids and five at large bids. There would be a bowl system for those teams that did not make the playoffs, with 54 teams playing 27 bowls (there are 35 bowls scheduled next year).
