There is no doubt that the 7th region this year had the most good teams, they were better than the 15th region and also the 11th, 9th and 4th regions. Would Shelby Valley had won the 7th region and state if they were in the Louisville region? I dont see why they wouldnt, it certainly would have been a tougher schedule and they would have lost more games, but knowing what we know now and if we replayed the season with SV in the 7th I think the Wildcats would be a slight favorite over Trinity. They are definately in the top 2 of that region!
As far as the state tournment goes, if they were in the uppper bracket the only team that I think would have a decent chance of beat Shelby Valley is Christian Co.
