You can sit here and thump your chest in reference to Valley and Justice all you want (and rightfully so), but I ask you this....

Has Valley played in the 7th region tournament would they have been at Rupp? Would they have had the depth to beat Trinity, Male, and Ballard in 4 days?

Had Valley switched places with Ballard in the upper bracket...would they have won the state title? Would they have been able to beat Shelby Co, Warren Central, Scott Co, and then Ballard in the championships?

Don't say a kid shouldn't have won the award because he wasn't there. Sewell's resume this year (before the sweet 16) was more impressive than any other seniors' out there.

Lots of what if's in your posts here lately. What could have happened and what actually happened are two different things. Valley won two state titles in one year, while Sewell and Trinity were winning these other things like small tournaments around the state, Valley was getting their third ring in two years. Maybe Valley knows something about scheduling?
