Therefore, the coaches didn't get to see the post season play before this was voted on. This is why Justice won Mr. Basketball. The coaches voted on it after the post season was over."

Coaches received Mr. Basketball ballots on Feb. 12, 2010 at 9:14 AM via e-mail. It was due on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 4:00 PM.

It was originally announced that ballots would go out on March 5, but they did not.

You can say it was voted on before or after, but some vote before, some vote after the tournament.

Hope that a distinct schedule is set for the 2010-2011 school year for Mr. Basketball so there is no confusion on this. Just like any college does for their All-American candidates, many high school coaches do things to promote their kids, as they should. The kids deserve promotion. If you announce a certain date the voting, follow along with it.
