Well, Skyhawk, I hope you are right that the Pike Central girls team is not robbed of their wonderful coach, Gary Fields. I was just reviewing your bashing of Gary from back in February, and saw no update from you as to him taking the girls to the finals and within one point of a trip to the state tournament. So , I agree with you that the boys should not be the ones to get Fields as their coach, but not for the reasons you stated! Since you are only a GRADE SCHOOL parent of a BOY who is still in GRADE SCHOOL, you have not had enough time to experience girls high school basketball yet, evidently. That's ok, stick to the boys, and leave our girls coach alone!

Funny... I had noticed the same thing... Skyhawk has been the biggest Fields "basher" thus far!! Previously I've thrown in my two cents for what it's worth... However, IF coach Martin does decide this is it... AGAIN IF.. Then it looks like from some of the more recent inside info posted that Skyhawk and his legion of "we know what's best for PC" followers will get their wish and get that jewel of an outside coach they've all been dreaming of... I hope coach Fields piles up accolades with those girls!!! They had one heck of a run this year and all in all I hope the decisions made at PC end in success for both the girls and boys!!!! I'm a concerned parent too and this makes us all (including Skyhawk) on the same page!!!!
