Yes, PCC was the favorite after Mason Co.'s starting QB who got them the #1 seed was out for the game. PCC made a great hire in Chapman. Yes, they are extremely improved. But PCC will always win the games they are supposed to and lose the games they are supposed to lose. This is what mediocre programs do. Mediocre isn't a bad thing, it is when you are a horrible program that you need a major overhaul.
