I'm gonna say Letcher could hold it too, based on what i've heard.

It's not big enough either, but it will hold as many as Breathitt's gym. And it'll hold more than Hazard's.

If a gym can't seat at least 3,500 and handle the parking with ease then they shouldn't be in the rotation. The only 3 schools in the region that qualfies under those guidelines are Knott, Perry, and Powell (and Powell barely meet the 3500 limit).
Probably the best idea is just hold it at Perry Central every year. That gym has great parking and you can get out of their lots with ease after the games (unlike at Knott), they seat 4500 so there would be no need for the aggravating split sessions, and most importantly, they are about as centrally located as you can get in the region.
