The reason I posted what I did is because I agree with EOE I feel Rodney was a great coach, I feel his name comes up in the discussion when you talk about great coaches in the 15th region. Alot of people say that winning is what coaches ares suppose to do. Well at the time of Rodney's departure Shelby Valley was winning. With this being said I feel that Lonnie Rowe deserves his shot at the job he was commited to the job for years and has really worked to make sure the talent will continue to be at Valley.

So your saying Rodney's brother should get the job because hes the brother of a good coach and he is commited. My brother is a vet and I love horses, but for some reason no one lets me operate on them. Side note: Did not the best player from like 3 diff schools transfer in to Valleys girls for bout 3 years, two of which are seniors now and loose the district to ERHS a school from which one of the girls came? Again this is a question i dont know if its factual. But he did win a region with the boys. But still has no bearing on whether his brother is a good coach
