What coach's will be staying or going from the 15th?
#45
OMG, I have heard alot of people say why coaches should go, why they should stay, who should get their job, and what others have done or will do. So, im gonna go out on a limb here and say that 95% of the people commenting on this one are COACHES. Im also gonna say, since this has turned into a dicussion of who should get the jobs of the coaches that potentially leave and why coaches should leave, that a good coach is a winning one. If you win you are a good coach. Yeah, some may know the game better, some may have more experience, some may be great people, but if you dont win it doesnt matter. Coaches cant blame talent for losses or for what they have not accomplished, I have seen a lot of talented teams get beat year in and year out, take Holmes and Trinity this year for example and a lot of low talent teams make big wins. A good coach knows the game, knows the level of talent he has, and makes decision to use what telent he has in the most productive way. A good coach also knows how to manage the egos of the talented, the insecurities of the role players, and the mommies and daddies coaching from the stands. He gets 110% out of what he has. So, if you think your coach is better than the one that currentley has the job, ask yourself this, does he win more games and championships??? If the answer is no, then what ever attributes you can assess and evidence about him, he is still lacking somewhere and not the better coach. The best always always always always win!!
