Shelby County's Aaliyah Wells went out of the game with 5 minutes left in the 2nd quarter with an ankle sprain, and she did not return. Simon Kenton only lead 25-21 at half time, and 39-30 at the end of the 3rd, but with out Wells Shelby County couldn't handle the Lady Pioneers. Shelby County senior Hannah Stucker scored her first 2 points of the season late in the 4th quarter. She had been out with a torn ACL all season and had only played for about a minute all season. Simon Kenton advances to the 8th Region finals. They will play the winner of the Anderson County/Walton-Verona game.
