Shaq has been in the Finals with 3 different teams. He only played one year with the Suns. So, 3 out of 4 teams, he took to the Finals. As a teammate, O'Neal is also noted for his ability to form symbiotic relationships with young, talented guards. Playing alongside O'Neal, talents like Penny Hardaway, Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade blossomed into legitimate superstars.
O'Neal was named MVP of the NBA Finals all three times and has the highest scoring average for a center in NBA Finals history.
O'Neal was also voted the 1999–2000 regular season Most Valuable Player, coming just one vote short of becoming the first unanimous MVP in NBA history.
What will Kobe do from the age of 34 on?
Kobe like MJ was, is adapting his game, and getting better or staying at a high level with despite his age.
Kobe will continue to dominate. I expect him to end his career with around 6+ titles. He has 4 now, great chance to get 5 this year. With the Lakers locking up this group of players for a while, the Lakers will be competing for a titile every year for the next several years.
