Sorry, but nope, when students are at school, the school does NOT have the same control as a parent. A parent can spank there children if they desire, let a school try it and see how much trouble they can get in... Teachers and Principals do NOT have the same control as a parent.

And as far as parents that pick there kids up from school... I guess it would be ok for them to be using or dealing as long as they dont do it on school grounds. It is ok for them to be messed up when they drive on school grounds i guess.

Schools can spank children...they can, and do....
There has to be a permission slip sent home one time and if a parent or guardian signs it then it is perfectly okay for the child to be paddled instead of spending a day in in-school suspension, SAFE, Excel, whatever the school may call it.
