Angel by far.

Ian can't because there are simply too many other good QBs who will go much further in the playoffs and have bigger numbers.

Reliford doesn't even lead the team in rushing or total scoring. Ian has both of those for the team.

Angel on the other hand has the numbers especially considering that his numbers are as high as teams who have thrown the ball twice as much. He hardly ever drops a pass and it a threat to score a touchdown every time he touches the football. He makes incredible catches every game and refuses to be tackled.
