I don't like their leadership. I know my NKY counterparts will disagree with me, but I have said many times that there is not a true team leader on this squad that is the "Coach on the Floor". This team can play very selfish and can easily get lost on assignments. They have rolled through December and January over the last two years on Cruise Control, and that is very dangerous. I really expected this team this year to have more leadership from Pittman and Rico. I thought Avery could come in and give them that balance, but he really never developed into that guy, mostly due to injury. I still think they are the most gifted team in the state and if they play to their potential, they should find themselves back into the championship for a 3rd straight year.

I agree. That's why I said they have the most talent, but they don't always put it together on the floor. Cruising through parts of your schedule is a recipe for disaster come tournament time. Often teams feel like they can just turn it on when they want and that's where upsets are born.
