I believe that of all the big 3, that East has shown the most improvement as the season has progressed. This is a credit to not only their players but to their coaching staff. I'm not saying that East is better than Ashland or Rowan (i think its a virtual tie), but I don't think any 16th region team is going to get ahead of East by any sizeable margin during any game for the rest of the season. Ashland was beating East by 18 pts at one point in their earlier meeting this season. I just don't see any team doing that to East right now. Their number of good 3-point shooter would make any 16th region coach jealous.
