rockcastle kids is always talking about their tradition and past, i know this because i played. we need to quit talking about the past. rockcastle tradition is winning. i was in the weight room a week are so ago all i seen was horse play i seen one are two kids working hard. when i was a senior we work in the weight room not play :Cheerlead

Then maybe that 19-17 record from the past 3 years explains a little does it?......I mean during my 3 years at Rockcastle, we was 30-9 overall mainly because we had the discipline,attitude,work ethic,and had people that battled day in and day out for positions on friday nights, just maybe the lack of discipline changes, and longer practices take place in my strong opinion then this upcoming season will change alot better than the last 3 seasons. Take advice from someone that has actually done those qualifications to take it to the others and see what happens.:Thumbs:
