On the topic I think resting a player an entire game cheats the fan that buys the ticket.
They should at least play the first half.
I think it hurt the colts when they had a chance to make history and didn't. I could tell by the look on the players faces they wanted an undefeated season. I don't see how taking that away from them will help them in the playoffs.
Bottom line is that the team big dogs know that the coach is resting players. The ticket prices should reflect that. On the other hand, Manning goes down, Pointer takes you to the Playoffs, Colts loose! As a fan, I say let them play, roll the dice, take the cards that are dealt you, ect. I'm tired of the 72 Dolphins.:zzz:
