They interviewed the commissioner Sunday about this situation. He said teams should not be penalized for resting their starters, however they were looking at senerios to reward teams for not resting their starters and used the example of extra draft picks. If he means that the Colts would get an extra pick for not resting players against the Jets and so on, talk about a screwed up mess that could be.
