There are several factors that will hurt a person even if you don't see it right away. Some of which is cancer later in life, connective tissue issues, heart issues, etc. All of this will happen later in life. A lot of users look fine right now but they will reap the negatives later in life. It's a fact.

I was not contending that Conseco is any sort of health authority. His book is still a resource for anyone wishing to understand this issue though. He is in a rare minority that not only openly admits to using steroids; he openly contends they should be legally available and expert instruction provided on their usage. His contention is that the problem is not with steroids it is with the improper use of steroids. Is he right? I have no idea. My personal belief is that God gave us all a body. Some big some small but all unique. To stuff it with any sort of drug that may harm it is not only sinful but stupid. Still, this issue should be considered from all sides.
