I understand no need to have 2 threads. However, the other one was obviously the most popular one in this whole category. Why end it?

That is how the forum is set up, the thread had been open for a month it had ran its course. The discussions there and here were becoming seemingly the same. The site is ran with pre-game threads, and then post game threads with the scores and discussion about the actual game at that time the pre-game threads are closed. That is the way it has been since the beginning and I think it works out the best way. This way the forum stays more organized. :Thumbs:
