Even though Rowe is only a Sophomore, it is still hard for me to believe that there are 34RB's (Not including people like Rico Brown and Austin Collinsworth that are listed as athletes and not RB's) that are better than him. He deserved to be on that list.

What about Bell County's Cory Davenport???.....not mentioned either! Davenport created havoc for most defenses all year...with stats reflecting only one-half of play in most games! Both are sophomores...and will certainly be on the list in future!
