I think this works out well for Austin's family as well. ND is still a few hours drive, which makes it easily accessible for at least half his games.

travel is no problem for this family. they put up a ton of frequent flier miles just to get family to his high school games. His dad was flying in and out of town ever friday, his sister flying in from Florida for his games, and mom flies to Florida ever other week to visit daughter. I do not think travel had any thing at all to do with his decision. It has been a tough time for ND fans, let's hope AC and BK can help change this.
