Jennings making name for himself
Chris Jennings became the first Cleveland Browns’ running back since Nov. 17 last season to score a touchdown in Thursday night’s 13-6 victory over Pittsburgh.

He became the first ever with northeastern Kentucky roots — at least in the modern era — to make it into the end zone as a player in the National Football League.

Jennings was a star at Fairview High School for two seasons, leading the Eagles to records of 7-4 in 2002 and 11-1 in 2003. He was the All-Area Small School Player of the Year as a senior.
