Clausen is viewed as the #3 QB, Tate is the #2 WR

I'm not questioning you Stardust, I'm questioning whoever came up with this. I think Mel Kiper and the other dude are full of it, always have thought that. Clausen is without a doubt the best pro-style QB in college football. I don't just say that because I'm a ND fan either. Look at his numbers. Some say ND plays a weak schedule, that is not the case, they're schedule was tough. They're aren't many teams who would have went undefeated against their schedule. They play the top opponents from all the big conferences except the SEC and Big 12 every year. Personally, I would LOVE to see ND schedule a top team from the SEC (like Bama, Florida, or LSU etc.) and Big 12 (Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska) every year. Clausen could start at any college in the nation. As for Golden Tate, he had great numbers this season, no doubt about it. BUt had it not been for Michael Floyd missin 5-6 games due to a broken collar bone, Tate wouldn't have had those numbers. Michael Floyd was the best WR on Notre Dame's team, and one of the tops in the nation.
