Sure, I will stand by my comment of THE Best 100 in the state were there.

I say that because any program who truly wants to better themselves, who wants to compete at the highest level in this state, and who wants to offer their players an opportunity like this HAS joined the KMSFA.

FYI, Jefferson County will start with 12 middle school teams in 2010. Their first move, even before they played a game - all 12 joined the KMSFA.

If your next question is about Fayette County, they too have been invited many, many times. However they will have to drop their own regulations of weight limits on running backs and linebackers so that they are in line with all of the other schools in the state.

So, no, I don't have a problem saying that the best 8th graders in the state played in this game. And I'm really not trying to start an argument here or insult anyone. I am more or less asking in return, if you think you have a player that you would have considered to be in that classification, perhaps you should ask your coach or AD why they aren't apart of the KMSFA and why they wouldn't want to submit them for this honor and opportunity?

I agree with your statements in regards to the teams that have not joined the KMSFA. However I do disagree with you, only because there is a limit of 5 players chosen from each team. And some of these teams that are proven to be at the top level such as teams like Bowling Green, it's hard to think that they only get 5 kids out of the best 100. Which some of these kids have a chance to play their way onto the team with their playoff performances. All im saying is in some cases some kids just miss out or are overlooked because of the limit taken from each team. Just as you said I'm not looking for an argument it's just simply my opinion.
