You cannot compare the wealth pool of talent that a Highlands has vs. let's say what a Whitley co. would have. What in the h*** is the coment about the girlfriend have to do with anything. Exactly how old are you son?

They have the talent pool that a community of less than 16,000 can give them. You act like they are the only school in Greater Cincinnati. There are 5 public (including Highlands) and 2 private schools in Campbell County alone. Why do you think all of the good players from those teams want to leave there friends to play for the Birds? Highlands has a 3A school population, they play in 5A. What more do you want? My guess is Whitley has a much larger school population. But do they have a 50 year old junior football program that starts grooming future players in the third grade? Do they have elementary school kids that think the high school football kids are rock stars? Do they have multiple generations of state champs in their families? Do they prepare 52 weeks a year for a state championship? Do they play a challenging non-district schedule?

As long as you don't think you have a chance because for some reason the other team has an IMAGINED advantage, you won't have a chance. If I am not mistaken, Boyle County and Danville both do pretty well. How do they differ from Whitley or the other excuse makers?
