If you want to talk college potential, Justice has more upside at point guard than Cottrill, Cottrill would be a better two or maybe a combo guard than Justice, but if the category is point guard, you have to go with Justice , especially when you add in the intangibles

You're comparing apples to oranges here. Cottrill isn't a true pg like Justice is. He plays pg because he is their best player so his team wants the ball in his hands as often as possible. He will be a shooting guard at the next level.
