I just dont see your point...this point would be much more valid if we were speaking of district but I think the two programs in question are on the same level with region play since the addition of Chapman and company...

Yes, Pikeville lost to Harlan and they've been down the last 2 years, but Pikeville is a small school, you have your down years every now and then, but they have plenty of tradition and they'll bounce back and be Pikeville again soon enough, and once the seniors and juniors graduate at Hazard they'll be back to normal and region won't be as tough

Chapman will make the PCC program good theres no doubt, but once Belfry gets the train rolling again it won't matter, they'll be dominating region again like they have been, with the exception of this year of course
