How can you say that you disagree? And then turn around and agree with me.
See you say this "Star players don't have to be placed because if you're good enough on the field your play will establish you. Stars will make it because of their abilities on the field.".

Then you say this, "I think what you're talking about is players with minimal talent being placed into star positions. I think there have been cases in the past and present of players getting special treatment because of who their mommy or daddy was.".

What I am saying is that if a 5 star player at any position rolled into this side of the state and were to use a fake name and say that he or she played this position....They would be told that they would be playing another position. It's the truth in EKY and we all know it. Been that way and aint never gonna change. It just happens.

Are you really trying to say that most coaches in EKY would see someone with the skill set of either Adrian Peterson or Colt McCoy(five star recruits at their position by your own words) and they would place them on the offensive line or at wideout?(Referencing your later post) Please, don't make ridiculous statements like that. If you meant at a particular school under a particular coach, please mention that (which I assume you meant, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt) . A statement like the one you made insults all of Eastern Kentucky. A coach you described couldn't distinguish between a hot dog and a carburetor . I have had the pleasure of knowing a few great football coaches around Eastern Kentucky and it would be ridiculous to group them in this category.
