Remember the criteria that I use, just like every other poll, is personal opinion. Breathitt County got votes because I just like how "Breathitt" sounds plus OH Napier is the "Boss" over there and his You Tube videos are funny. Danville got votes because they are the other half of the "Title Town" equation.
