if the selection of the all state team is based on mvp's from the playoff games then that is wrong. The players should be selected by how they done all year. With the 7th grade, in some cases even the wrong player recieved a mvp award because they were wrongfully indentified by the pa announcer. The players I mentioned before would be on about everybody's state team. With the system in place (playoff mvp's get state selection) half of them are not on there. How can players get snubbed for rushing for over 1,400 yards and 13TD's or for having 84 tackles with 40 of those being for a loss and 15 of those being sacks???
