Yes it does Russell hasn't won the past 2 years but they will win again soon. I can think of many other sports a lot in girls where Russell pretty much dominates Ashland almost every year. Also just because Ashland has won the past 2 football meetings the rivalry is still there. Its not like Russell hasn't won in 5 or 10 years.
