North Laurel played Harlan County to two overtimes, played Perry Central close, and beat Pulaski County. Clay County played Whitley County close who just put a thumping on Perry Central. They also beat a pretty decent South Laurel team handily. Clay County losing Hooker didn't help either.
Don't tell me those losses were bad losses. That district is the toughest in the Mountains and EKY., no questions asked.
