It's going to take a lot more than "pure athletes and good size" to beat Shelby Valley! SV is fundamentaly sound and they have a group of boys that have played together for years.

-Justice is as fast and strong as they come and there is not a guard in the 15th Region that can contain him.
-Taylor Newsome might not be the biggest but he knows how to use his body and draw fouls from bigger defenders.
-Ashley Hatfield has the ability to play inside or outside, he is probably the hardest to guard on the team because of his dual ability.
-Tyler Newsome is not just a spot shooter anymore, he can take it to the rack with authority and finish or get fouled.
-Varney plays as hard as anyone out there, he has a knack for being where the ball is.

The hype is not hype, they are a very good team and I don't believe any team in the 15th will beat them. They may have an off night and play some games close, but IMO no-one in the 15th has the horses to beat SV.

SV is definitely top 8 in the state and no other team in the 15th is even close to them talent or ability wise.

SV will be a good team, but with every player you mentioned and their strenght, there is player in the 57th that could line up and have skill eqaul to shut them down on any given night, it just takes one night for the whole year to come to an end. I know this is not poular, but folks norht of prestonsburg feel this way.
