The place was rocking and my best guess was there were around 300+ there tonight to watch Allen Central beat Betsy Lane 2 - 0. The fan sections were pretty much equal but I didn't much care for the booing of AC's players during the introductions but it was okay because it seemed to make the Rebels more determined to play. Allen Central really showed that during the first game winning it 25 - 12. The second game got everyone into it and it was a doozy and had a little bit of everything, great defense, good hitting, ties and lead changes, suspense, right up to the 24 - 23 Betsy Lane lead. The pressure was on the Allen Central server to get the ball in on the serves and she did. Allen Central scored 3 points in a row to take the second game 26 -24. I really believe everyone that was there got their money's worth - it was a great match and both teams are winners.:High5:
