The Cats Pause reports today that Kentucky has a football commitment from Eric Simmons, a CB from Atlanta, Georgia. Simmons is a speedster, running a 4.38 40 and had offers from New Mexico and a host of Sun Belt schools, including MTSU and Arkansas State. He is another (repeat after me) “under the radar” player for UK and is the first CB that the Cats have taken in this class. Simmons becomes the 11th commitment for UK so far and is yet another Joker recruit from the state of Georgia, where he has had so much success.
